Join us at Vida Cantina for a special one-night-only dinner event with James Beard Award–winning author, hunter, and cook Hank Shaw, in collaboration with Chef/Owner David Vargas.

Together, they’ll craft a 4-course menu inspired by Hank’s newest book, Borderlands, celebrating the wild foods, flavors, and culinary traditions of the American Southwest. Expect bold ingredients, wild inspiration, and the kind of vibrant dishes that make Vida’s cooking stand out.

Each $75 reservation includes dinner and a signed copy of Borderlands. Optional beverage pairings will be available for purchase. Hank will be in the dining room throughout the evening, saying hello and sharing stories.
